DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT
By using CAD softwear as well as our engineering knowledge and expertise we are able to work alongside our customers turning their ideas and designs into product.
MOULD MANUFACTURING
We have the capacity to design and manufacture moulds suitable to run in our Vertical and Horizontal machines, we also hand pour items into moulds we make on site.
GUILLOTINING
We have the capacity to offer bending and guillotining to our customers, ensuring a unique finish.
INJECTION MOULDING
We offer Horizontal, Vertical and hand poured moulding giving us a variety of moulding options chosen to best suit our customers.
ELECTROPLATING
Our electroplating plant is overseen by tranined staff, ensuring quality electroplating is offered in various finishes at competitive prices.
CNC MACHINING
Within our CNC machine shop we can accommodate both Turning and Milling ensuring utilization of production runs at optimum level.
